How to load textures from gen 8 to 8.1

I have two characters that only preload a complete character in genesis 8, I have the morphs that I can apply in 8.1, but no sperate button to apply textures.

How do I apply textures manually for example with Nordfatasys cammy and twitkiss lisa hamilton

Just use the G8 material preset - G8 should load perfectly normally on an 8.1 (but not the other way round)...

Can you please elborate, I don't have a dedicated button to load the textures on gen 8.1.

Select the G8.1 character, then double click on the icon for the G8 material preset. I guess, it should work.

You could try loading the Genesis 8 character, saving the skin as a material preset then applying the preset to the genesis 8.1 character.

Ah, misread... You don't have a materials preset.

Load the G8. Save As/Material preset to save a preset for her skin mats (prob handiest to save it in her library folder for future use, but wherever works from you.

Load a G8.1 and apply that preset.
