how to download?

    I am currently logged in but everytime I see something I want to download, I just see a "Become A Member" button.. How does this work?

    Click on the "Free Membership" item in the top menu (near the search icon) and then click Activate or Renew there..

    thank you for the replied and help. I didn't know that I had to click on become a member as I thought that I was already.. Thank you once again!

    Nobody's sure why we have to do that.. and the instructions are a bit vague on that.. but that is how it works.. 🙂

    I don't remember having to re-activate my membership for several years. Maybe new members and those with inactive accounts are asked to. Wireless should jump in and explain how the system works.... probably sleeping off a few kg of chocolate Easter eggs 😔.
