You never really know who anyone is online. I could be Pat Sajack but let's not jump to conclusions

'Trust is good, but a 10 out of 10? I could do the same thing with the source in 10mins. No way"
I'm looking at that ball with those horizontal and vertical converging stripes on a sphere and thinking how I would/could fake that on a spherical object. Not that easy if you ask me. His manipulated image is better than the original IMO. I guess that's not the point.

Well it kinda is the point. I've used PS for over 10 years. I started with Photoshop. I made intricate photos of people manipulated however I imagined, and you'd never know the difference. That's difficult. Even with 3D I only use it to make 2D images. I can do the same without 3D, but 3D just makes it so much easier. "His manipulated image is better than the original IMO" That's what Photoshop is for. If you make a photo worse with PS... well. Once you understand layers and masks and all the tools, trust me that it is simple. But I'm not prosecuting anything here, and you have a right to your opinion. I'm certainly not saying that you're wrong from your POV. Others can judge, but I know what I think. Besides, They claimed it was 100% made. By the way, I have some property for sale if you are interested😉

I don't understand layers and masks and all the tools in PS so for me that may as well be magic. "Not the point" was referring to posting a real photo falsely claiming that it was a 3D rendered picture. Which apparently it is not. I fucking told him not to do that at the beginning of this thread.

Thank you Jon Kim for pointing out the fraud. It makes me sad that he had to do that. Looks like I am unable to delete his post. Perhaps I will check with Monk.

Hmm... what could brighten my mood? Oh yes!

Doodlebug just sent an extra 30,000 points for the contest!!

Hello, my name is Hayleigh! (Please don't mind my username, I was being cheeky at setup and didn't realize I would not be able to change it lol oops)
I'm new here, and also fairly new to Daz and 3D.
This is my second official render with Daz (PFP being the first), so any constructive criticism is very welcome.
My first entry is titled Christmas Daydream. I was going for a low light type of scene, I really wanted the lights from the tree to illuminate the models' body as outside is snowy and foggy. Anyway, hope you enjoy and looking forward to entering more!

Edit: Picture is best viewed fullscreen, I guess 🙂

Well worth a fullscreen look..... such beautiful lighting and good use of DOF. We don't know what/who she is waiting for, perhaps Santa.
