To nobody's surprise, another store bites the dust. Surprised this wasn't mentioned here sooner, but that just proves that nobody gave a shit about them lmao.
Majority of the HW-branded stuff will be moving to Rendo, including the Songbird ReMix line. Big question mark for items from vendors not tied to the HW company, some could vanish altogether when the store closes.
To be frank, I'm surprised it didn't happen sooner. HW's stuff has been on life-support for the past few years and the only things they put out worth buying were their animals (which isn't saying much): Dawn and Dusk were terrible figures (and I doubt Dawn/Dusk 2 will be any better) and died on the vine once a lot of the popular vendors went crawling back to the Genesis line not long after.
Having said that... competition breeds healthy markets, and with the terrible business practices of Daz and some rumblings I've heard of vendor-unfriendly practices at Rendo (unless you're a star seller and make lots of money; iirc SickleYield stopped selling her stuff there because of hostile practices that punished vendors who don't buy advertising)... it's truly a shame there's one less storefront out there to keep Daz and Rendo on their toes. :/
