Yep, they had a very raw sound and that's why they were so f'kn good.

By chance good friend of/off 🙂 mine came round the other day, he wanted to get "the band" back together. We used to be , what you'd call a "garage band" back then. We weren't as good as the velvet, but at least we had the same raw sound. It was all a lot of fun ( we never went on stage).
Would be great to get together again...
And no, I won't get a sports car and a toupe 🙂

The picture is OK but the intense colour is a bit too much for me (note too). I guess with the national colour of the Netherlands being orange it's sort of a nationalistic statement, no? 🙂 . I'll call her Brechtje.
