    I remember that was this old Funny asset of a "Japanese Super hero"
    but he had a Panties as a mask like this:

    The character is named Hentai Kamen but I couldn't find the clothing. Probably buried to a japanese site. Maybe you could send a PM to this guy. He used it in a gallery picture.

    yeap thats the name , I'm pretty sure there is asset for it too,
