Help Identifying These Pants

Another unreferenced products in Wear Them All - Autofitting Clones and Clothing Smoothers, so I was wondering what these two pants are:

Bottom pants = I did a LOT of searching, but I couldn't find anything. The wrinkles around the lower legs are reminiscent of Oskarsson, Yura, and Luthabel. Despite that, I found no G2F pants that came close. Admittedly, I limited my search to DAZ3D and Renderosity FWIW.

Oddly enough, since I was messing with it not a week ago, the bottom ones actually remind me a bit of the Badlands II - Storm outfit from the same artist, RPublishing, makes me think its might be something else in his/her catalog.
