I'm not normally very good at these, but I think the top one is 3Dream V4 Moira Hair.

Hello, the top one is as Eeelgoo says 84503 Moira Hair by 3Dream. I tried it, I found it rendered fairly slowly. No clue on the second one, sorry. The Moira hair is a prop HR file, not a character CR2. It is 32.8 MB zipped, that is because it has two styles, left and right.

That hair is SU Everyday Long Hair for G8F/G8.1F/G9
