Can someone ID this model used in the link's first promo? Is it a custom?

That's the part that's often most difficult to tell. It could be anything.
Besides not knowing the morphs, unless a skin is tied to a known or verified character, the odds of discovery are low.

I always recommend trying to contact the original vendors through the DAZ forum. If you ask the right way (courtesy and compliments are king) you might get a very specific answer, complete with names of used morphs and inclusive of details right down to dial percentages.
Know that, however, a given artist might not reveal all their secrets (which is their right and their discretion). And that's all if it's not a custom skin/MAT used, too.

Saw someone trying to find the model in the DAZ forum but they never got the answer from the vendor but other users tried to help. I don't think vendors like outoftouch will ever reply in the forums so I'll just give up on this.

But as for the skin used, if anyone's interested, I may have found it and it could be Amira HD.

I meant contacting OOT directly via DAZ PM.
But looks like they are not necessarily available directly there. (Certainly not easily so.)
