as the title say what do i need to install in daz to load these characters??
and also link of the requirements from free sites would be appreciate..

Did you look at the product page? Not the blog page, but where you can actually purchase the product. You see, this is a pirate site. It isn't a site for tutorials and teaching how to use pirated materials. I actually enjoy teaching people new shit. But I abhor doing all of the work for them. So my advice is to read up on some of the older figures, Poser etc. There's a site called Google. Maybe utilize that, too. There are tons of tutorials available. When you've put in some work and then still have questions, come on back and ask.
Rank:Do yourself a favour - stick to Genesis 8/9 figures and accessories to begin with.
It's still possible to get good results from older stuff , but getting it all working well and looking good is less newbie friendly (and not worth the effort imo).
