    Hello.

    The things I find most interesting are the texture and veins on top of the feet. Not sure if its dirt or lighting and the veins cast a nice shadow adding detail.

    Other than that, the nose has very sharp blocky edges that are borderline freakish.

    Add Some Veins HD for Genesis 8 (https://zonegfx.com/add-some-veins-hd-for-genesis-8/) is pretty nice for adding some details on your toon.
    And yes your a right the nose is a little bit angular next time i will smooth it a little bit more
