Yes it is motion blur. Wanted also that the wheels had this effect. Did never found a way to do that.

@Lucafeelgood I agree... very nice render indeed and very dynamic Luka. Motion blur was easy in Poser but DS can't really do it at all.

@frank22 I remember that there where some blur tools for DS. But I forgot the name. In any way, thanks for the feedback and have a good Render

There are blur tools for DS but it's only fake blur and quite obvious and terrible looking. In Poser you could do real motion blur, but not that I'd go back to Poser... it's been so long I've forgotten how to use the prog.
