    Not for G8F, but I have successfully autofitted a lot of Neftis legacy hairs to her successfully with some tweaking.

    Mullet Hair 80's Style

    It might morph somewhere close to what you are looking for.

    If you don't have any relevant Iray shaders, turn glossiness down to 50% & it will look pretty good anyway.
