Check the textures of this character. Includes the "Nomals" in layers, with insane sizes in tif. Join the layers, or "flatten layers" in Photoshop or Gimp, and compress them. 145 Mb of a texture is not the same as a 15Mb one, which still seems excessive to me.
I used Grayson for my Xmas comp picture. I thought it was a bit heavy. These PAs who use tifs for their textures (apart from normals)... what's the point? Some PAs use tifs for their base colour maps when jpg would do fine.
