Edit: And I forgot to mention that it doesn't collide with Geoshells which made the Grasp Helper virtually unusable for me.

Grasp Helper is one of the gazillion tools that

1) I immediatly knew could be useful
2) have downloaded
3) didn't have time to test
4) forgot aboout it

Works like a charm.

The only thing you have to do is, prepare the character. A little work. PDF is available.
After these procedures, that may be fun.
Especially much faster than any other tools I have use.
I like it.
