suggest me a good and easy to use genitalia for genesis 9 figure for both female and male

for realism, the default daz base. Is not monster exageration as meipe's and works fine

That depends of scenario, original is ok for simple task. I don't agree that meipe's plus extension is bad for realism, most likely someone just don't know how to use it.

I personally use Golden Palace and Dicktator for both G8 and G9

It really depends what you need it for, if you're not doing closeups, then just stuck with the gens it comes with. Adding things like Golden Palace, Dictator, XY, etc. can be an issue as G9 is not good with grafts.

Dicktator and Golden Palace are pretty much the go to choices (if not the only choices). Both are extremely versatile and can be made as realistic or completely insane as you want.
