It might not have started with 'Thank you' - but it was not ignorant, or offensive.
Unlike the response from the OP [who seems to be continuously throwing random words at the screen in the hope some make sense].Spanky deserved a more helpful offer to help - not total lack of interest.
Some are here to share & help - others obviously just want he points, or to cause the problems..@anjabear, please close this thread. It's turned into a bitching match of personal attacks. The person who had the problem said it was resolved a couple of pages ago. Geez

Why do you guys have to fight over such petty things? Maybe martyn had a bad day? Whatever the reason, there was no issue to begin with and it was solved a few days ago. Please, relax and stop the personal attacks. It makes you look very immature. @anjabear please close this thread already.
