Genesis Generation X2 help

I downloaded GX2 here and want to convert V4 morphs but there is no V4 figure at "source" and when I drag the V4 figure into the window it says

C:/DAZ3D/Content/Runtime/Geometries/DAZPeople/blMilWom_v4b.obj
Poser figure not supported.

Source only shows G2 and G3

how can I fix this?

There is a base program exe & there is an add on which takes the conversion to G2F & there is another add on which takes it to G3F.

I suspect you may have installed one of the add ons rather than the base program?

No I did install this one "https://zonegfx.com/genesis-generation-x2/" if this is the base program.

*I just installed it again just to make sure but its still the same issue.*

Try dragging it across to the GenX panel rather than into the main window? :0/

No it dosen't work no matter where I drag it. I think there is something wrong with my V4. I will try it again on a diffrent pc with a clean daz3d tomorrow
