Hope this eases the pain a bit....:)
LinkI assumed it was a lot less. One of the critics I watched brought it up that it depends on what the plot needs. Sometimes he acts like he's 5 instead of 50. Hes been alive 50 years and lacks any sort of simple communication skills. My 2-year-old can let me know when a commercial is interrupting her favorite cartoon. Based off the power level he's shown in the 2 seasons I watched, and the clips I've seen in the 3rd, he could crush most things as simple as most people could ball up aluminum foil. They missed the opportunity to show him training with Luke in order to keep cute in the show. Apparently, they didn't think season 3 could survive without him and they wanted to leave the Jedi Academy to someone else. The Force is Female after all and so is the main character of the Mandalorians.
I guess we could jump into the fantasy aspect of aging and say it takes elves 250 years to get out of diapers, but elves probably don't poop. I don't see the aspect of mental development being something that affects this species. Saying my 2 year old is smarter than a 50 year old Yoda is stretching it a bit.
Mandalorian S1 was fairly good. S2 started to have issues for me. Glad I didn't watch S3. It's basically like Fett giving his show over to woman. Welcome to the Bo Tox show. Shes got the dark saber now. He's a sidekick in his own show just like Fett. They infected Peter Pan, They crapped on Willow, they set their sight on Indian Jones. It's just a matter of time till the Fkup everything. Fkem. I won't watch anything now till I've seen multiple reviews. Now they are changing history with Cleopatra. Current cinema for the most part is a cluster fk in a dumpster fire caused by a train wreck. 1% of what come out of Hollywood now is passable.
I heard the new Puss and Boots was decent so I'll watch a couple more reviews and will probably buy it.
Not opening Lukes academy and giving him some sort of redemption was a misstep. If you don't think the Mandalorians can function without a Muppet then its a pretty sad show and shouldn't be called the Mandalorians.
These of course are just my opinions. Apparently held by a significant amount of SW fans.
