Im not a big fan of the serie but i think the character/suit is neat!

She reappeared on my radar as she was a limited time skin in COD and when they released the skin again recently for a new round of promo, Blizzard decided to nerf the glute for whatever reason and some part of the internet got mad.

I dont know about the suit but you could use Kara by guzhcoitus for the model, the fire cracker actress was the face model for Kara
