I have to thank you all for the work you have done recently to ZoneGFX. Once the initial minor issues were sorted, browsing and posting is now a lot smoother and faster.
However, would it be possible to remove the filled and greyed out requests on the request forum? It would make looking through earlier requests easier too.
May 15, 2020 at 11:16 AM #1602135Currently, they are left in the 'Request' forum until the item is posted in the blog.
It acts as a timer & a prompt.
🙂May 15, 2020 at 12:14 PM #1602143I could have sworn I made this thread in the General Forum!
@eelgoo I suppose that makes sense, but there are still assets that have been posted for a while and the request is still on the forums. It's not an issue, it was just something I noticed while looking through earlier today.May 15, 2020 at 12:18 PM #1602144I can't move a thread, but perhaps @anjabear would be able to move it to the General forum for you?

Moved from Requests to General Chat... 😉
May 15, 2020 at 1:34 PM #1602168I've been trying to keep up with everything in the requests forum as best as I can. Once a request is filled and the date of filling is up top in the subject line and the filler is either listed in the thread at the end of the posts or at the very bottom of the original post, anyone chasing an item filled already can simply contact the person who filled it in a PM.
I check the blog every day and try to keep up with what has been posted. If you have noticed I sometimes find a blog post filled and they never saw the request. I wrote that it was posted in the blog and add the link as well and "Close" it which greys it out and no one can add to it. After a while ago the Posted In ZoneGFX Blog notes should get removed.
However, I leave the trashing and deleting to @monkseye or @hunter. Final deletion is a bit scary for me as I'm a bit uneasy about that.
If you see a post that is in the blog I may have missed just shoot me a PM and I'll fix that.
Greetings,
AnjaBearMay 15, 2020 at 1:45 PM #1602170I don't want to edit the main script ... last time I do that and i face big problem 🙁
unable to update script and site go slow and start showing lot of error 🙁
So no more edit main script 🙁May 15, 2020 at 2:04 PM #1602173I think the current process of greying when fulfilled, then deleting when item is publicly posted works well enough & is easier to deal with.
🙂
