    I filled a request, but did not receive any of the points..

    Wait 48 hours. There's a 2-day grace period in case there are any problems with the download/files/etc. (also part of the scam protection, there was a whole thread about it the other day)

    I've filled a couple now and the first one had me very confused, but then after the waiting period was over it was all good.
