Can anyone please ID the character, hair & boots though, please?

Hair is Topmodel updo by outoftouch. I'm almost certain the face morph is Topmodel for GF3. Not sure about the boots.

I know they often meld characters for their own promo purposes, it may be that.

The vendor is also a game modder. Skyrim, all boobs and more boobs :p
If you take a long look at the Topmodel gals you'll see similarities. But I think you're right about the tweaks. Just a tweaked nose alone can change the face as I found out in ZBrush.

@eelgoo. Tracing back I think the gal is one of Maelwenn's characters.
Evelyn and Lynn fit the bill. I say this because FFCY has used them before in other Rendo promo's.
