I found an interesting addon for G8F here: https://zonegfx.com/nike-for-genesis-8-female-extra-arms-fully-functional/
Does anyone know of something comparable that works with G8M or G9?
If it were done better the addon might be worth it but the easy way is to just duplicate the character and hide everything but the arms.
Its worked for me multiple times and any issues are easily fixed in post.
Extra limbs grafts are inherently inferior because you have to pose the new limbs manually, if you do it the way @ADAM describes, that allows you to use predefined poses.
