LOL I had a lucid dream about nipple sucking last night - off topic sorry. You can always open the torso texture, select the nipples (one at a time) with the bezier curve tool and change the colour balance/saturation etc. I do this with Iray preview open and keep fiddling until I get what I want. You need to know a bit about 2D prog tools like selection, cloning edges,... It gets tricky when the figure has a separate diffuse map like translucency that needs changing too.

I use PhotoImpact but PS should work, or any decent 2D photo program. As you said, it would be better if you could find a character with pink nips already.
This one has light skin/nipples so it might be easier to turn them pinkish than from a brown colour.
