From a comic I'm working on. I could never to this with my old 960, well I could but it would take hours with such low light. My 2080 did it in 38 minutes.... yay.

Thanks GMGFX. Quite a few things weren't DS compatible and needed to be converted first... time consuming.

NaWOW Frank, That is really a cut render. What a beautifully ambiance.
Love Ellie´s spotless face. Makes all very enthralling.
With other words. Nice render to look in to and explore the Place.
Much success with your comic..I am thrilled

Kind words Luca. I just noticed a little mistake. The bullet box is for a pistol not a revolver...shush ..don't tell anyone.

Fantastic work. Don't think I've ever seen your work before. A lot of little trinkets in this scene really brings her worktable to life. Would really like to see the finished comic. Hope you will share with us. The Joel illustration is perfectly placed. This looks like her younger form so does this comic take place right after the end of part 1 in Jackson?

yeah, that glaring bullet error really ruined the image for me. JUST KIDDING!

Fantastic work: it leaves me in the middle of a story I don't know anything about, but would very much like to.

Some art a) encourages me to do better, and some is b) so good it makes me wonder what's the forking point in trying! IMO, this is a with a hint of b.

Please let me know if Ellie gets her gun (or even just stands up). I'd like to be there for that!

@Superxtramp This is just an opening flash-back and the rest of the story follows an adult-Ellie, Joel, Dina etc. occasionally involved in let's say adult behaviour.
Like an idiot I didn't storyboard it first so the images don't flow so well atm. Need to fill a lot of gaps.

Thanks Adam. The thing is, once I've posted the image here, posting the comic elsewhere will link me to this sharing site. This is perhaps why the Art Showcase thread is so dead.
I did a Google image search on it and it didn't come up with anything linking to here but you can't be too careful. Maybe I'll have to delete the pic from here if I publish the comic.

Possibly. If its a new work and not posted elsewhere or named something totally random like 6ye83n.jpg I'm not sure how it would get flagged.

Setting the image host to drop the image after a couple weeks may also help.

Any artwork posted elsewhere could technically be pirated, edited and used for a contest. This is a pirate site after all. Linking the image to the original artist would be odd since I've see lots of photoshopped images of art not done (and probably not approved) by the original artist.

Take for a poor example the images posted in the request forum. The vender sure didn't approve the use of his/her demo images for use to pirate their content.

I'll just attribute it to lack of interest, being "hid" and not on a main page and/or some people don't believe they could win. Not like we are giving away $150 Daz gift certificates.
Contest here have usually not seen many entries with the exception of a few that got really good support. I think the community has changed somewhat. Seemed like the contest for a site banner was struggling for entries as well.
