@supertvs78 I'm sorry but did you read the new system's FAQ at all? When something gets filled the offerers have 24 hours to report the Fill and ONLY AFTER this period will the system transfer the rewards to the Filler. Also if you guys just swearing alone in the group PM without reporting the request, we can't do shit (we are not part of every request).
I reset the THE SMITHS FAMILY VOL.2 request so no one lost anything...

The new system works pretty well. Yes, there have been some hiccups. As each are unveiled they are addressed. It IS new, still. Beyond that, requests have been filled more quickly and with less effort on both the filler and the requester/s.
When a fill is made, the system sends out an email on the filler's behalf. The first post from that group mail is the filler. In your example, there are 5 recipients...all of them can reply.
As with any other issue on the site, if you don't report it to a mod, there's zero chance of it being addressed. The email sent out even tells you "If there are any issues with the link(s), please contact the Moderators within 24 hours: @anjabear, @eelgoo, @monkseye, @warrant63"
Not sure why you are misdirecting your anger/frustration. A simple message to any of the above would've help with both situations you mentioned.
the only thing i dont like about the new request system is, if we want an item but it was already filled but not posted on the forum there is no way to get that item or to wishper the filler, we have to open a new request for that item and wait for it to get filled, and the filler might nopt even see the new request and not fill it again.
for exemple i wanted the rock rings addon for genesis 9 but it was filled 3 days ago, and not marked for upload on the forum, so i had to open a new request, and now its not filled and the original filler might not even see the new request making it sitting there untill a dif person decides to fill it.
while on the old system we could whisper the filler or post in the thread and the filler might got an notification from that thread
@tokyiro We are still working on this 😉 and on the selective filling too 🙂 We are still in the beta phase.
