    Hello everybody!

This dmocking simulation mocking the phisics and reality. This dforce maybe good for the hairs, but more than a few cloth simulations not working for me. And not just a figure but with any figure.

Here is a screenshot what I made now.

The Vendor give us settings for the Cloak. And the cloak simulation is shit. I'm trying from started pose, with and without timeline. I'm try to separate the arms from body. What can I say?
And I also try setting the gravitation set to 6 and I also try with floor and without floor.

I'm not DAZ expert but this is a bad and ugly part of this software.

Some cloth simulation like a charm. I didn't find any useful tips on daz3d either.

    This is bullshit.

Try setting the bend stiffness to 0.25 in the surfaces tab. If that doesn't work and the cloak is a one piece surface, remove the dynamics from the item and add the Daz Studio dynamics from the Edit tab.

The "D-force" is really very clumsy. I preferred the old "Cloth Dinamycs". It is slow, and it has many flaws. I'd rather do that with Maya or MotionBuilder, or even Cinema 4D, than not with Daz. Not even for many adjustments go well. The subject of simulation of fabrics is very complicated, even hair. Normally my results are 2 out of 50 ... Let's not talk about an animation, which, then, is exasperating and wasting hours ... 🙁

I never got to grips with dforce .
Why would I want to run a hit or miss simulation when I am after a single frame render?
I would much rather morph the item to exactly what I want to see.
    🙂
