@ace94 @marin554
I have actually experienced this in the past two weeks, I also use Windows but I use two different RAR/ZIP products to unpack things. One is PowerArchiver 2021 (paid) and the other is WinRar (free) and/or 7Zip (free). The free ones I have to keep up to date, because of such issues.
Sometimes I get a RAR that comes up as invalid, if I double click and try to open it. Then I usually go to the right-click menu hovering over the RAR file, and tell it to UNPACK HERE (in the directory where I put the RAR file) and it unpacks fine.
Once it has done this, I usualy have the installer ZIPS and Images unharmed and to be safe I open the ZIPs and unpack them in place to a folder of the same name, and they are usually fine. This happens when someone uses either a newer or older version of RAR, or an unusual RAR program to create the RAR-File.
I just recently updated my WinRar (free) and the unpacking issue went away.
Just a helpful tip, let me know if the problem doesn't go away for you @ace94, and @marin554 when I get it from you I will check it for that issue on my Windows setup and give you feedback.
