Hey all, first time poster but long-ish time user. I took a little break from Daz for about a year or so and ignored zone's re-up message, but I'm back now..

I've been playing around with dForce for a while and I think I've more or less mastered its use (mostly..) and I want to move on to short animations. I know this is probably a dumb question and it's something stupid I'm missing, but the problem I'm running into is I can't figure out how to apply dForce to a starting pose and then use that specific pose with dforce applied to start an animation render.

For example, suppose I want to apply a standing pose, and then have my character walk, how do I make it so the animation starts with that pose with dforce applied to the clothing and hair and then continue to simulate for the animation? It seems dforce wants to to the item's zero pose each time I run the simulation..

Any hints/help would be greatly appreciated.

There is an option in the Simulation Settings tab to zero figure, unclick it.

Thanks. I'll look for it. Like I said it was probably some stupid setting I missed.
