Hope it's not gone for good. It was a good source of models for my freestuff.

June 7, 2023 at 11:37 PM #1981674It's not worth it for me. I'm only interested in interior spaces and all I see is the same crappy spaces that are badly ripped in some asian digital sweatshop and don't work, or are one huge mesh with no UVs and textures not mapped. Then there's the crappy file hosts.
There's lots of these sites and I've given up on them.June 8, 2023 at 12:15 AM #1981680Interesting ulysses. Not working for me and I've tried through 3 different IP locations... Japan, US and the Netherlands.
June 8, 2023 at 4:02 AM #1981700works for me
June 8, 2023 at 5:26 AM #1981708Link works here to, dutch ISP....
June 8, 2023 at 6:45 AM #1981774It works for me, too. I find the site useless...I'm not about to pay for a "Pro" membership to download content. Unfortunately, the majority of decent files can't be downloaded without one. Unless I'm missing some trick others here would like to share with me 😀
June 8, 2023 at 8:19 AM #1981836All I get is....

You can DL most stuff (that isn't premium account) if you have the patience to wait for the crappy host.
June 8, 2023 at 8:23 AM #1981844Working for me too, could be browser related or antivirus maybe.
June 8, 2023 at 8:55 AM #1981891I tried Firefox and Chrome using different IP addresses and still nada 😪.
And I get this. So it looks like AVG doesn't like the site.
June 8, 2023 at 9:07 AM #1981896I'm using Brave. Hmmm, did you clear the cookies and the cache? Temporarily disabled the antivirus?
You can also try flushing the DNS cache.
hXXps://blog.hubspot.com/website/flush-dnsJune 8, 2023 at 9:11 AM #1981897Cool, you figured it out. I don't know AVG but I think you can whitelist the website if you trust it enough and it should work. I use Malwarebytes.
June 8, 2023 at 9:16 AM #1981902I'm on Brave too and it clears cookies every time I close & reopen it. It's no big deal and I'll get get stuff from other places I know. Consider the thread closed.
June 10, 2023 at 3:24 AM #1982647It turns out the problem was AVG's Web Shield. When I turned it off I could connect to Desirefx.Me.
Would it be safe to leave it off?
June 10, 2023 at 4:58 AM #1982656@Frank22, I'm writing this half-asleep so it may not be correct or make that much sense.
I think AVG is saying that desirefx serves ads that might contain malware. If you're running an ad-blocker like uBlock Origin you should be safe, but use at your own risk etc.
