Recently downloaded this amazing character (just the head preset) from guhzcoituz, Mama from Death Stranding. Face and skin wise, she looks spectacular. When I dialed her head morph though, I noticed that the top of her head was morphed into a huge bulge for some reason.
Now I haven't played the game, so I can't say for sure, whether the game model actually had such a head or not and whether it was for cosmetic appearance or not, but from images of her, it didn't seem like to me. Anyways, long story short I decided to fix it up for me and sharing this amazing character head in case anyone wants a fix for that bulge.

EDIT: Well, maybe her head is that way or supposed to look that way perhaps. IDK
