Hello, I am new to these topics of manual installations, the fact is that I just downloaded a "Grabmesh" plugin for Daz3d and I tried to follow the same route of manually searching for the folders where I should decrypt the files, but so far the plugin does not work, can someone give me tips or a guide to correctly install the plugins, thanks for reading

Go to: Program Files > DAZ 3D > Daz Studio 4 > plugins, and extract it there.

Typically, it comes with an exe installer. If the DazStudio path is not the typical one, it is installed in the "empty" one, and you must copy them to the one you have... Then, in the Tools menu, you get "Mesh grabber". Select the shape, and click on Mesh Grabber. You get a sphere with arrows to place it at the point where you click on the figure.
