It's just another junk generator channel. Those channels will typically have 100% of their videos use various stock videos with a AI voice dubbed over talking about random non-sense.

The people behind the channel more than likely don't even know they used a video with a DAZ model. The video just happened to fit the topic they're trying to mash together.

The video below touches on a similar subject but targets science & educational videos. The video you post is probably just a Elon shill trying to make money off his name or just a Elon bot trying to fluff up some hype.
