Not bad. Her arms and torso seem to have different glossiness/specularity settings. I would have lit the selfie hand a bit more brightly.... hard to see.
Difference in skin is due to the lighting. I tried to light the phone, but it gave undesired shadow. Guess should have moved the plant a bit, ah well, next time Gadget, next time...
By the way, I think she looks a bit like Mariska Hargitay

It's just a couple of "mistakes" that I have noticed that you keep on making (you can also see your "I really need the job....." and "Catwalk" which seems to be suffering from the same problems):
1) You are putting bright lights in the image. That's a big no-no. Bright lights are an absolute attention focus for the eyes. In this image you have two, so the eyes don't even know where to focus. Also, no need to set them super bright. Better to use more "lighter" ghost lights all around than super retina burning blasters.
2) You have a tendency to add a lot of extra empty and dark space around your characters.

Other than the stated recommendations this is uncanny valley territory
KREA AI changes touched it up. Other than demon feet/hands the face looks more reasonable
