No idea who this was but, once I searched it looks like a good likeness.
Something about it looks odd. Face swap or clip art or something I cant pick out.
Kinda like the face and hands dont belong with the outfit. Like a 3D face on 2D clothing.Maybe someone with a better eye can tell me why.
