Cybernetic Products with Cybernetic Props?

I've used Arktek's build a cyborg pack, Augmentation Outfit and another one like it, but does anybody know any good Cyborg/Sci-Fi like products that come with actual cybernetic arms that aren't just a skin?

I noticed alot of them are either that or somekind of morph or geograft...

There's the DIY Cyborg outfit, that's a set of mix & match cyborg geografts. The female one is on the blog, the male one is not, unfortunately.

Aside from that, there are some futuristic "armor" pieces that could probably be edited into something that looks like a cybernetic prosthetic.
