Ever wanted the files you obtain from vendors other than Daz3d to show up in the Smart Content pane?
This tutorial will help you DIMify any item that isn't DIMed.

    Enjoy.

Made some very slight changes to the files, replaced a word with the correct word and reordered the sentence a bit and fixed the .mobi version.

@dtm180 Not a problem, happy to help. If you see anything that might need some clarification, let me know and I'll try to get a 2nd edition out.

I just finished reading the tutorial. First of all, thank you very much for making it. It does seem like a lot of work though. Hard to imagine having to do this for more than a few files without going crazy 🙂

@pixels Yeah, one of the reasons I wrote it all down, trying to remember all that is a pain. =) But, if you're not installing too much at a time, it's not so bad... unless it's one of those "1000s of Poses" packages from Rendo.

This is good for those with the patience but I can live without "smart content". I still can't believe no-one has come up with an easy way to send files locally to Daz Install Manager though.
