yes I love trying to copy the promo pix but can not get close 2 this one

In one of the promo pics she is wearing the following item which has the same pattern as the jacket (3rd promo of the set, top left image). The patterns from this outfit can be applied individually, and it looks like they applied the pattern you like to a jacket.

As for the jacket in question, you got me!

That PA has a history of showcasing items that they've not yet released in their promos, so it could very well be that the outfit in question will show up in the store sooner or later.
