    I checked the added promo products on the seller's page but couldn't find this among them.

    This is very likely to be a shader applied to one of the dresses in the promos @kukoricaderce

    I searched for this for the past hour or so and I couldn't find anything.

    OR it's a dress from a 3rd party site like Renderosity and since they are not allowed to advertise other sites, the dress is not in the promos.
