Can some one upload a DUF file pre-set of the "Classroom Environment" (https://www.daz3d.com/classroom-environment) with all the props and stuff already put in place as some people maybe to lazy to do it (like me)
June 10, 2024 at 10:18 PM #2079060Says it comes with a Full Preload Set. Isn't it for all the props?
June 16, 2024 at 10:59 AM #2079740its just the environment, you have to manually places all the props in place.
June 16, 2024 at 9:59 PM #2079773OK I see your problem. No real solution but I would set up a a table with the table props, save them as a group and then duplicate that group for the other tables. I would use all the props for the initial group and delete stuff from the other ones as needed. Looks like the props for the cupboards and walls will have to be manually positioned. The PA should have included a fully loaded DUF.
July 25, 2024 at 6:45 PM #2084348You gotta place all those little props manually? Fuck that.
July 26, 2024 at 3:19 AM #2084386Does that mean no?
July 26, 2024 at 3:27 AM #2084388Fuck that: rude slang; an exclamation of utter disdain for and rejection of something
So I'd say it might mean no, but you never no.July 26, 2024 at 4:01 AM #2084391I'd do it for my standard 'full scene' commission rate: $150, half up front.
But seriously, a very quick and easy way to do it...
1. spend a few minutes meticulously arranging the items on one table/desk
2. Group those items
3. Create instances of that group (as many times as needed)
4. Maneuver instances into places on the other desksEasy peasy lemon squeezy.
Update: another quick tip for quickly arranging multiple items... select the desk (or whatever surface you're placing items on) then select multiple (or grouped items) then click the align tool. Set X/Z to "align centers and Y to "stack above". All your items now appear on top of the desk and you can just quickly nudge them into place. A very quick/simple way to get everything where you need it rapidly, even if not instancing. Grouping and instances just makes it even quicker and less resource intensive when rendering.
Setting up a scene like this shouldn't take more than 15 or 20 minutes and with a little creativity you can make it look like the instances aren't all copy-cats.
July 26, 2024 at 4:26 AM #2084392Exactly what I suggested LP, but it appears that's too much effort. And I thought I was lazy.... sheesh.
July 26, 2024 at 1:43 PM #2084445Take the time and build it once. Save the result as a scene. You'll never have to rebuild it again after that.
July 27, 2024 at 5:30 AM #2084522Use ultrascatter pro.
All the items will be instances.
This can be done in a couple of minutes including some trial-and-errors iterations.
And when you are happy with the result, you can add a tiny random displacement/rotation to make the "alignment" look more natural.July 27, 2024 at 2:43 PM #2084564If youre talking about the basic room that should be relatively simple. I might even do it on a day im bored. If your talking about the 2 add-ons thats crazy
