No, the people who ask for money value their own time. Would you spend dozens of hours doing something for a complete stranger for free? I'll bet not.
Also no, they can do whatever they want with the points in this site. Why do you think there is a points buying system? It benefits both the site and the user.
If i know how to convert a character and the subject (model) get my interest then i will do, why not. I don't rush people for this or anything. They can literally take how much time they need. For example this model almost take 1-2 month to be converted and i didn't message the person to be hurry, not even once.
