It says on there that it is a free download BUT I am not a member and not really interested in her or the model. I just did a quick search based on your words and that came up.
Cancel the above, the link takes you on a merry go round telling you your computer is broken, has viruses etc. Sorry. but the model must be out there somewhere, good luck finding her 🙂
It's a FoRender model, but the rigging on them is usually really bad. Super minimal facial rig.

I'm not that savvy on other formats than Daz, but I made a quick Google search and saw that it seems to be possible to get MMD to work in Daz. But I guess it wouldn't be able to use any items made for V4, G3, G8 etc, or?
Anyway, I will check it more coming days!
