    You could always try using TOR sans VPN, then download that V9 model over the span of 3 days.. but it'll be secure 🙂

    I have to restart the pc, not even with vpn I can enter xd

    I think this is the thing. When I suggested re-starting the browser, I've set mine to automatically clean out cookies, history etc. So if yours doesn't that might be the problem.
