Can't post requests - anyone else having problems?

I am trying to post a request for multiple items. Each time I try, the page displays a message that says "Oops, no replies detected" (or something like this), and the post does not appear. I have tried a number of times, and the request has failed each time. The latest attempt, I checked then unchecked the "Notify me of follow-up replies via email" check box. This last time, I didn't get the error message but instead, I got a message that said that a topic of the same name had already been posted. This is correct in a way, I used the same topic for the last two attempts.

Anyone else having problems?

I am requesting multiple items. Is there a limit on the length of a post?

Sometime post go under ending for review 🙁 when script think someone is spamming 🙁
