Hi all. For some days now, after I log into my account I get the usual 100 points reward (and sometimes some more because of some downloads from me) and there is the "Howdy John Smith" message in the upper right corner. However, when I try to download something, it says I need to be a registered member to do that. I already checked if maybe my membership has expired but there is no hint of that.
Is this some kind of database glitch or is there a way for me to fix this? Thanks in advance.
'Community' / 'Membership Levels' / 'Join Us'
That should get things back to normal for you.
