    found this at microsft
    https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/localizedresourcenamesystemrootsystem32shell32dll/ac68fc19-f610-40c5-aaf8-db3c3a6c3164

I have this showing up on my computer and want to get rid of it, but not computer literate. How do I get rid of this LocalizedResourceName=@%SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll

Hi Jerry, this is caused by a file being in the wrong place and it needs to be removed . . .

Click your Start Button, type cmd, right click the resulting entry for Command Prompt and choose 'Run as Administrator

Copy all the code below and in the Command Prompt Window, right click - this will automatically paste this code

Then hit Enter to exit Command Prompt

    That's It!

    del /f /q "%allusersprofile%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\desktop.ini"
    del /f /q "%appdata%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\desktop.ini"
    del /f /q "%appdata%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\desktop.ini"
    exit
