I wasn't able to open this site since a while with firefox and even now. I open it with microsoft edge now. Always when i open it in firefox the site stays just plain and doesn't load. Anyone any idea what to do and why that happenes. Problem is you can not install blockers in this browser.

Just opened OK for me.
Did the verifying human and went straight to site - navigation OK.
I am using Proton VPN.🙂
on Microsoft edge i have no problems at all. It started 2 weeks ago, where the site started not to open, than only very very slow than not at all anymore. As said, only white plane site and the load of the site stops. Can not open the site with firefox anymore. No idea why.
I use FireFox and occasionally get a blank page because of CloudFlare. All it takes is a reload from my bookmarks. Cloudflare is a HUGE pain in the ass and causes problems for lots of people. Unfortunately it's necessary to stop all the damn bots and AI scrapers.
I had problems I little while ago. Try clearing the cache and cookies from firefox, it worked fo me that way. Oh, and open the starting page, not /blog or /forums
hmm i deleted now the cookies but it didn't help sadly. From bookmark it doesn't work since i have the problems.
You have to clear the cache as well and go to the first page. just delete everything after https://zonegfx.com . I know it sounds weird, but it loaded for me this way
@inversekinematics, I have it, plus a few other browsers. I seem to use what works best for certain sites AND to have different profiles in order to screw up any tracking. My pirating is done on one browser while my 'nice' stuff is on another, and "never the twain shall meet" (is that right?). I also use Brave and believe it or not, the Pale Moon browser. I love Pale Moon's compact bookmark layout and use it mostly as my repository and central archive for them.
I DON'T touch Chrome or any other corporate browser. I sure as heck won't touch Edge.While we're talking tech, explain this - two days ago on my main PC I got "no internet" (cannot connect to DNS). Network connected but no internet. Tried everything, re-starts of course, re-set network adaptor, flushed DNS cache, etc, etc. but no go. Then about 10 minutes ago I tried starting my VPN which gave me internet access. Turned VPN off, re-start, and now everything back to normal.
To make it even stranger, during "no internet" After Effects (cracked version) was really slow importing and saving, even though it's blocked in my firewall.
No idea what the issue was but so glad it's now fixed yay.Any Firefox fork will do as long as long as you can tame it.
For me FF is becoming more and more like edge with all those 'headlines' on the home page.
Edge, I deleted it and I never used generic Chrome, only the Ungoogled kind 🙂I have experienced the same issue in the past. What I did was remove the network adapters, restart the PC and re-install them. It was frustrating when I could only connect through a VPN at one point, that seems to sort itself out on it's own accord. I'm pretty certain MS /Intel and the rest are trying to mess with our heads.
@frank22, could your ISP be screwing with something because you're using a VPN?
Did you try another computer?
We had that happen a couple of years ago and it turned out to be squirrels chewing into the fiber cable. This let water in which cracked the fiber as it froze. I'd called the ISP and they where able to quickly tell if there was a connection to the router.
Regarding AE, I've had a couple of cracked programs that used a sneaky-hidden-secret script to get online and report home. I found it because I use a firewall (TinyWall) that shows me all connections or attempted connections. I assumed that they'd included these scripts to fool the hackers.I deleted my cache and it doesn sadly change anything. I am completely out of ideas. I dunno why it doesnt work.

My laptop and smart TV were still working fine so I quickly ruled out the modem/router. It was just my main desktop PC. I've been using my VPN for several years without a problem. I kill it in processes after I use it as it lingers in the background. Since being fixed After Effects is back to normal. If AE was somehow phoning-home they didn't disable it. I also did a full scan with Defender and Malwarebytes which came up clean.
