I normally wouldn't do two entries but my last image is bugging me. I really feel like I phoned it in.
@Zemlon, must be nice to get her perspective on your renders 🙂 Thanks for the compliment my friend, I’m happy it won your appreciation! And I like your interpretation. As I was compiling the render most of it just fell into place, it wasn't really conscious decision taking. I just went with the flow. I wanted to portray someone that would really miss the beauty of a sunset, a blind man fit the bill. He is remembering the beauty of what he saw. The uneasy waves and the sun is symbolic of his inner feelings. Turmoil but also fondness. The darkness behind him resembles the event that took his sight, the sun in-front of him is the good that life can still bring. The cane held out before him is his expectation of another bad thing happening. I had to add another character, the windsurfer, she is coming from the direction of the sun onto the beach, perhaps she will bring light into his life. The depth of field gives focus on the blind man, but the rest is unclear, drawing a perception of ill-sight for the viewer 🙂

@Zombiesorce then grab MORE content here 😉 or are you talking about PC power? you can render first a background, then try to adjust the persons and render them with spotrender as PNG and merge them in 🙂 just make sure to adjust the lights 😉
And... daz3d is like a high end game, you should upgrade your system 😀 BUT the good thing about daz3d is: IF you make GOOD art you can get fans who pay for it 😉I made in ~ 4months a few thousand $.
@aftybyrn sorry but I can't join because of time (my ass hurt already xD) My comission/request List is already longer and longer and my own ideas have already to wait, because I need 2-3weeks for ONE request 😉So when I would join this contest I would invest a few days maybe to make all perfect and I doesnt have time for it 🙁
@zombiesource I learned to render in layers then combine the background with the foreground in gimp since my laptop crashes at more than 2 figures.
