Has anyone used this?

I'm assuming Windows blocks the installation of the exe because it just lacks a certificate?

If you have used it how would you review the program?

If you follow along the lines described in the 'Manual Install' sticky, you really do not need it.

You mean the exe isn't required to install the plugin and it's only to have an auto installer?

No, I meant, if your manual install is robust enough following guidelines in the sticky, you have no need of it.
